Ricotta di Pecora

Ricotta di Pecora is an Italian whey cheese made from sheep's milk whey and sheep's milk. It is made without preservatives and dyes. Since it is rich in protein and amino acids, the cheese is easily digestible and a must in many sweet and savoury dishes. Ricotta di Pecora tastes excellent but is more delicious if sprinkled with sugar or accompanied by honey and Vin Santo dessert wine.
