Ringwell

Ringwell is a semi-soft, round-shaped cheese made by Wooton Organic Dairy, Somerset, England. Made using organic, unpasteurized Jersey cow's milk that gives a deep golden colour with a creamy taste. It is aged for 2 to 6 months. Ringwell is little crumbly in texture, mild in taste with tangy bite after the finish.
