Rogue River Blue Cheese
Rogue River Blue is a limited-edition cheese from Rogue Creamery in Grants Pass, Oregon, USA. Its production begins in the fall when cooler temperatures and rain revitalize the pastures, resulting in optimal milk quality from the cows. After aging for 9 to 11 months in the creamery’s caves, each wheel is meticulously hand-wrapped in organic, biodynamic Syrah grape leaves soaked in pear spirits. Released annually on the Autumnal Equinox, this cheese was named World Champion at the 2019/20 World Cheese Awards.
