Rustico® Red Pepper
Made from pasteurized sheep's milk, the Rustico® Red Pepper cheese is a semi-soft and creamy cheese that comes from Tuscany Hills, Italy. Red peppers are added while preparing this cheese, which adds a unique spicy taste to the cheese. These cheeses are aged on wood in cellars for about 40 days. Since the cheese melts easily, it is used in many dishes like lasagna, pizzas, pasta, Panini, quesadillas etc.
