Saanen Silk

Saanen Silk is a semi aged bloomy rind crottin style cheese made from goat's milk. The light floral fluffly rind encloses an ivory white paste with light mushroomy flavour. As the cheese ages, blue moulds will appear and flavours become more complex. Enjoy the cheese with lightly oaked white wine.
