Sharpham Savour
Sharpham Savour is a semi-hard cheese made from a blend of Jersey cow’s milk and goat’s milk, giving it a mellow, sweet flavor. Inspired by French Savoie-style cheese, it has a rich, creamy taste with a slight tang and a smooth texture, achieved by washing the curds. It was first created to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
