Snow Camp
Snow Camp is a farmhouse-style cheese that gets its name from the first settlements in central North Carolina, USA. Made using a mixture of pasteurized cow's and goat's milk, the cheese is matured for two weeks. This bloomy rind cheese has a soft texture with a creamy, buttery flavor.
