Strawberry Moon is a smear-ripened cow's milk cheese from the Lombardy region of Italy, imported and sold by Fifth Town Artisan Cheese. It has an intense smell but yet a delicate, subtle flavour. It is aged on local hardwood boards for 60 days. Accompany the cheese with green tomato chutney, clementine jam and Lacey Estates Pink Pinot Gris.
