Swag

Swag is an ash-coated goat's milk cheese from Woodside. It has the perfect balance of creaminess and acidity with a full flavoured mouthfeel. It is great on a cheese plate but can also be simply eaten on its own with a seasonal fresh fruit and a glass of crisp Chenin Blanc.
