Tango

Tango is a washed rind cheese made from a mixture of sheep's and goat's raw milk, produced by Tieton Farm & Creamery in Yakima Valley, Eastern Washington, US. During maturation, the cheese is washed and soaked in Yakima Valley wine that gives a purple colour rind.
