Tegan
Tegan is a hard cheese made with a blend of unpasteurized whole and skimmed cow's milk. The cheese is pressed lightly and its surface is dry brushed regularly for a distinctive appearance. The flavour is fruity with a slight acidity and mild earthy tones. Tegan is matured for at least three months and contains 20% fat.
