Toma Blu Alle Erbe
Toma Blu Alle Erbe is a semi-hard blue cheese, matured in barrels with hay and aromatic herbs. Its intense flavour and pleasant aroma, remind of underbrush' perfumes. The cheese is made from pasteurized cow's milk and aged for a minimum of 3 months. It pairs well with dessert wines and white wines.
