Tomme du Jura

Tomme du Jura

Tomme du Jura is a cheese variety originating from the Jura region, France. It is made from raw or pasteurized cow's milk and matured for about three months. During the maturation process, the cheese is washed twice a week with white wine. It develops a natural orange-coloured rind that can vary in shade. The interior of the cheese is firm and compact, with occasional small eyes and a unique fruity flavour.
