Tronchon
Tronchón is a traditional Spanish cheese originating from the Aragon region. This semi-firm cheese is made from a blend of pasteurized cow, goat, and sheep milk. It boasts a flattened globe shape with a distinctive deep crater. After a minimum ageing period of three months, the cheese develops a natural rind, offering a smooth, pleasant texture and delightful buttermilk flavours.
