Ubriaco di Nero D'avola

Ubriaco di Nero D'avola is a hard pasteurized sheep milk cheese with black pepper, matured in Nero d’Avola IGT wine and marc. It is aged for a minimum 4 months, during which it develops a very sharp flavour with a pervasive aftertaste.
