Made from partially-skimmed milk, by Emmi Roth USA in Wisconsin, US. This mild cheese has a sweet, creamy flavour with a pleasant salty taste which gives it a nice balanced taste. Tailor-made for snacking, this cheese can be used with a variety of everyday food items like sandwiches, pasta, wraps, casseroles omelettes etc. It pairs well with Amber Ale and Pinot Noir.
