Venus

Venus is a washed rind cheese made from a mixture of sheep's and goat's milk, produced by Tieton Farm & Creamery in Yakima Valley, Eastern Washington, US. During maturation, the cheese is washed in cider from a local manufacturer named Tieton Cider Works, that gives a yellowish-golden colour rind.
