Wilde Weide ("wild meadow") is a raw cow’s milk Gouda-style cheese. Aged for over 12 months, it has a firm yet creamy texture with slight crystallization. Its flavor is rich and complex, with notes of butterscotch, fresh grass, and pineapple.
