Winslade
Winslade is a British cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk and vegetarian rennet by the Hampshire Cheese Company in Herriard, England. When ripe, Winslade is soft and creamy with a subtle floral earthiness. This Vacherin/Camembert cross cheese is milder than Tunworth but remains exceptionally rich and gentle on the palate. The cheese is a popular selection for British cheeseboards and is suitable for vegetarians.
