Woodside Red
Woodside Red is a semi-hard cheese made from locally sourced pasteurized cow's milk and vegetarian rennet in East Sussex, England. It features a natural edible rind, a creamy and smooth texture, and a gentle, mellow flavor with hints of citrus and nutty undertones. The orange hue of the interior comes from annatto thistle, a natural coloring agent added during the cheese-making process.
