Wyfe of Bath Cheese
Wyfe of Bath Cheese is a semi-hard, vegetarian cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk. The cheese is made by pressing the curd gently in cloth-lined baskets which retains the shape of the basket. The matured cheese with a light caramel colour is nutty and creamy in taste.
